London, UK – December 23, 2024 – IRIS Software Group (IRIS), a leading global provider of accountancy, education management, HR and payroll solutions, has officially completed its acquisition of Dext Software Ltd (Dext), a leading bookkeeping automation platform provider. Today’s milestone follows the transaction announcement on 3 December.
The acquisition will unite two sector-leading cloud-based platforms – Dext’s Bookkeeping Automation Platform and IRIS Elements – to deliver a complementary and fully integrated, end-to-end solution for accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses.
Dext will continue to remain focused on delivering the exceptional products and services its customers trust. Dext CEO Sabby Gill will join the IRIS Global Executive Team, bringing his expertise to help drive innovation across both organizations.
